What was the highlight of Hotel Taray Botanico
We had a pleasant comfortable stay for a couple of nights.
Garden setting, panoramic view from terrace and bathroom. It was v quiet. Easy parking
The pool was a reason we chose the Hotel but on arrival it was non functioning and covered in green slime. The Hotel should market the pool as available until September....

Great Location and Hotel
This hotel has it all. location, grounds, 2 swimming pools. The new owners need to take care to continue with the day-to-day upkeep of the facilities, Likewise, the owners need to standardize the opening times for the bar/restaurant and not allow the bar staff to decide when to open and close. This is an ideal hotel with many repeat visitors, if owners do not put the same attention to detail as Eladio did then the business will taper off to nothing.

Very peaceful location.
Very peaceful location. Amazing swimming pools and plenty of sun beds. Quite a walk in to Orgiva but there is a walk along a farm track which keeps you off the main road.

What was the highlight of Hotel Taray Botanico
Somewhere to stay but I wouldn’t make a two nighter.
Room was spacious and clean, reception staff friendly and cleaners assisted even with language differences. The pool is at the far end of the gardens although we didn’t use seemed large and inviting.
Not as expected, although the pictures are accurate the hotel is very “rural” and I am surprised its 3 star. Quite a distance from the town - definitely car required but the hotel had a restaurant which looked good.
